6. Instalment Option Terms:

a twenty one (21) days’ notice to regularize payments and if at the expiry of the notice
the Purchaser shall still be unable to pay, the Company will be at liberty to resell the
property without any reference or notice to the purchaser/member and subsequently
Refund 90% of the monies paid without any interest. We will endeavor to do refund
within a month.
7. Confirmation
Kindly confirm your acceptance of this offer by signing the duplicate copies of this offer
And returning the same to us.
8. Cancellation of Purchase:
In the event the Purchaser opts to terminate the transaction before completion for
whatever reason, the Company shall refund all the monies paid by the Purchaser less
10% of the purchase price being administrative costs. The penalty will be waived in case
you replace with new buyer.
9. Title Deed
The above mentioned prices are inclusive of estate borehole water, Inside Roads up to
marram level, electricity and Title processing from the vendor to Purchaser’s preferred
name.
