Whether you're planning an intimate wedding, a magical extravaganza or a fun gathering, The Loft of our
Big Red Barn is the perfect space for your big day, company party or special event!
The Loft accommodates up to 250 people, is handicapped accessible, non-smoking and features a dance
floor, kitchen area and restrooms. Tables and chairs are included.
Rent The Loft the day prior to your event to decorate, for an additional $395.00 + tax.
The Grounds - $250.00 + tax
The Ranch's beautiful scenery and rolling hills make a stunning backdrop to any outside event!
(Loft rental also required.)
The White Tent - $795.00 + tax

Make your outside event stand out with our 30' x 60' elegant white tent. The tent has 3 center poles and
peaks and can seat up to 250 people. Side panels with windows are also available.

Add that special romantic touch by making your entrance or exit in our
beautiful white, horse-drawn carriage!

Guest Lodging
For March - November events we require a 2 night minimum rental of the Walnut Lodge or, if it is
unavailable, $1,400.00 worth of cabin rental.

Catering
Our caterer can provide a delicious and affordable meal for your event.
With several menu options to choose from your meal will appeal to all appetites.
If you choose to use your own caterer or bring in homemade food, a $3.00 per person fee will apply.
For exclusive events, our sister property, Big Splash Adventure Resort, offers wonderful catering options.
With several items to choose from, they will provide the perfect elegant meal for your event!

Bar Service
You may provide your own beer and wine only, with procurement of a temporary beer and wine permit from
the state and a licensed bartender. A $250.00 fee will be added for outsourced alcohol.
Hosted and Cash Bars are available thru Big Splash Adventure Resort.
Bar service that includes liquor (other than beer and wine) must be provided by Big Splash Adventure Resort.

Ramp Measurements
The wheel chair ramp is 60 feet long and 3 feet 2 inches wide.
The deck at the Loft entrance is 11 feet long and 12 feet wide.
The door is 6 feet wide and 6 feet 6 inches tall.
The length of the concrete ramp to the top of the steps is 65 feet.
Rental includes Loft accessibility 8:00 am - Midnight day of event

Loft Rules

All trash should be bagged and placed in the dumpster behind the white
building located on the right as you exit the property.

All lights should be turned off at departure.

The loft should be locked upon check out.

The air-conditioning or heat should be turned off.

All large items need to be picked up off the floor.

There should be no icing ground into the carpet, wax from candles, flowers
or food on the floor. If there is and it requires excessive cleaning, you will be
charged an extra cleaning fee.

Tables need to be cleaned off and all drink containers thrown away along
with cups and any dinnerware.

All decorations should be taken down.

Bathrooms should be left in reasonable condition.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All cabins include a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
Towels, linens, dishware, cookware, dish soap, bath soap and paper products are provided. We do not
provide any type of food, cooking oils, spices, condiments, coffee or filters, hair dryers or toiletries.
Weekends: Friday nights and Saturday nights
Weekdays: Sunday nights through Thursday nights
All rentals require a two night minimum on weekends and holidays
Advance Deposit of first night's stay (plus taxes) required at time of reservation.
Winter Season: Guests are required to be 21 yrs. or older or part of a family/group.

Pets allowed in Bunk House only. $25 (plus tax) per pet, per night.
