Pencil Procedure
To sharpen
1. Sharpen before class begins during the time
you are working on your bell ringer.
1. If you pencil breaks, wait until no one else is
at the sharpener. There should never be a
line.

Forgot your pencil?
1. Always come prepared with something to write with. (See class
rules)
2. If you do forget a pencil, there is hope!
• Check out a pen from the table up front.
• This happens during bell work time before class begins.
• You do not have to ask, just sign out your pen recording the
date, your name, and pen number.
• At the end of class be sure to return your pen and check
that you returned it.
There are only 5 pens! This is NOT an excuse to not
come prepared!! If you signing out a pen
everyday, a teacher documentation will be
written!!

Going to the Restroom Procedure
1. Raise 4 fingers and wait to teacher to signal
you.
2. If allowed to go, sign out on restroom sign out
sheet. (Name, date, and time out/in)
3. Where bathroom pass on pencil sharpener.
4. Remember all school bathroom expectations!!

Turning in Papers
Procedure
1. When turning in work as a class, please put in
your class drop box.
2. If you are turning in late work, notify Mrs.
Bogosta first so that she knows when the
work was turned in. After she has put a date
at the top, you will turn the work into your
class drop box.

You may have a bottle of water in class.
NO food or drink other than water.
Every few weeks your class can earn a drink and
snack day during class based off of behavior and
grades.

Exiting Procedure
1. The bell does NOT dismiss you, Mrs. Bogosta
does!
2. You will be dismissed by tables that are:
• Cleaned up (area straightened with no trash)
• In seats
3. Take all personal belongings.
