3.7 Details of systems that ensure secure containment of wastes including a certificate by a
warranted engineer confirming that all these systems are good operational conditions
Please attach the relevant certificate including the set EWC Codes described above issued by a warranted
engineer. For class A3, C1, C2, D1, and D3 classes only. In case skip/hook loaders are used to carry wastes
under the C category, the declaration must also cover the type of container being used.
