New developments
• For Securitas to be successful with RVS it is essential that the RVS concept evolves
•
New services and concepts to create more value for our customers and more business for Securitas
•
Improvements to the technical platform to increase efficiency and reliability
• To facilitate a coordinated and structured evolution, a roadmap management scheme is implemented
• The scheme is based on managing a list of development requests and deciding on development efforts
based on expected business value

Procedure for submitting a project request

Anyone can request a project!
•
For a project proposal to be considered as an addition to the roadmap, the following criteria apply
•

The new feature/function should have a clear positive effect for the Securitas business
•
It should be usable across the whole Securitas RVS territory
•
It should fit into the technical platforms
The requester is responsible for describing
•
Details of the proposal, i.e. what functionality is requested, technical details etc.
•
A business case describing how this will affect the business

Roadmap management
•
Proposals satisfying the entry criteria are added to the development project pipeline
•
The pipeline is checked monthly
•
Development planning is revised monthly
•
The RVS Change Control Board group has the final word on which proposals will be made into projects
•
Project executions is normally done by the central RVS team but can also be delegated to a national
team
