Motorcycles on Main Vendor Information
Set Up and Breakdown
 Event times are from 6-10pm.
 Streets close at 4pm, with set up from 4-5:45pm.
 All cars must be off the street at 5:45pm.
 Breakdown is from 10-11pm.
Electricity
 One 10-amp (standard wall outlet) plug-in will be available to vendors who request it.
 Street lights will be on during the event, but it is recommended that each vendor brings their own light.
Fees
 All vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the event date.
 Fees vary depending on vendor category.
Assignment of Space
 Space requests can be made and submitted with the application, but are not guaranteed.
 The only way to reserve a space is to prepay for it.
 All spaces except corner spots are marked directly on the pavement.
 Maps and space assignments are sent the Wednesday before the event, unless otherwise
requested.
Parking Information
 There are a number of parking lots in addition to the street parking Downtown. For a full list of available

Cancellation and Refunds
 All vendor fees are non-refundable.
 If the event is cancelled by the producers, a credit will be applied toward another event.
 Vendors are responsible for their fees even if they no show.
Permits and Licenses
If you are planning retail sales, you must acquire your own City of Mesa sales tax permit and pay City of Mesa
sales tax. You are responsible to obtain any other business licenses or permits, which may be required. You are
also required to pay all necessary fees, state and other taxes. Please see below for Tax License contact
information.
Additionally, all vendors serving food or beverage are required to adhere to all rules and regulations setup by
the Maricopa County Health Department. If you are not licensed prior to the event, you will not be allowed to set
up ‐ no exceptions. The county requires that all employees obtain food service cards. Please use contact
information listed below to acquire all permits.

damage to, loss or destruction of merchandise, materials, equipment or personal property. I also understand that UII, DMA, and
the City of Mesa will not be held responsible for sales, weather, or other unforeseen revenue losses and does not guarantee
revenues or number of patrons. I also certify that the above named organization is in compliance with all State health regulations
and, if applicable, operations are appropriately permitted by Maricopa County. I understand that this application is subject to
acceptance by UII/DMA and that decision is final.

PAYMENT: Mail check or money order to Ultimate Imaginations, Inc.,100 N. Center Street, Mesa, AZ 85201– All vendor fees are nonrefundable. If you do not show up at the event, you are still responsible for your booth fee.
