Create and Order WNPS Business Cards
This set of charts describes the process with which you can create and order a set of WNPS business
cards. The process is largely web-based – beginning with the use of PlantSteward.com and followed by
the use of Vistaprint.com. This process description largely consists of Illustrations of the web pages used
in the process
The default process (shown in the top diagram below) creates a set of business cards for the South
Sound Chapter of WNPS. This default process uses 2 graphics (JPEG) files – one for the front side of
the card and one for the back. These graphics files must be downloaded from PlantSteward.com to your
PC and then uploaded from your PC to Vistaprint.com which then is used to create and order the cards.
The bottom diagram below depicts the creation of unique business cards. You can create unique WNPS
business cards for your chapter or for yourself by modifying two PowerPoint files (one for the front of the
card and one for the back) that are also available from PlantSteward.com. Download these two files from
PlantSteward.com, modify them on your PC, save a graphics (JPEG) version of each modified file, and
then upload the graphics files to Vistaprint.com for printing and delivery.

• You now have a graphic file for both the front and the back of the business card.
• You got those files by either downloading the jpg files directly from PlantSteward.com
or by downloading PowerPoint files and creating derivative jpg files from the

• You are now ready to upload the jpg files to Vistaprint.com and create business cards.
