Installing Co:Writer Universal Desktop for Windows
1. Download the CoWriter_Universal_Desktop_Windows.zip installer file by copy and pasting the link below into either Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser. Google Chrome has known issues with downloading files via FTP. ftp://cwu_win:[email protected]
2. Single click on the CoWriter_Universal_Desktop_Windows.zip link to open the dialog box to choose to
either Open with or Save File.
3. It is recommended to choose Save File in order to reduce the chance of receiving an error during the
download and opening process. WARNING…Please be patient as the download process may take
several minutes to complete.
4. Once download is complete, navigate to the Downloads folder and double click
CoWriter_Universal_Desktop_Windows.zip file.
5. Double click the CoWriter Universal installer file to begin installation process.
