PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Play and Learn is a teacher guided, parent/child playgroup.
Children must be two years old or turning two during the 201 6-2017 school year. Children need
not be out of diapers, and must be accompanied by one parent or caretaker. Our Spring Program
runs from March 6 through April 24 for 6 sessions on Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
(Dates: 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 4/3, 4/10 & 4/24)
Sessions missed due to weather related school
closing will be made up.
SPRING CONTRACT - 2017
I would like to enroll my child __________________________ in the Play & Learn Program
for the Spring of 2017 and assume responsibility for the tuition as indicated below.

This contract must be signed and is due back to St. Luke Catholic Preschool no later
than March 1, 2017.
The cost of this program is $60.00
Please note that we will not refund for classes missed or should you decide to leave the program for any
reason.
