FUNCTION SPACES
MALT BAR
A contrast of the old and the new, Malt Bar welcomes you on the first level framed by timber arches and
glowing wall of whiskies and spirits. Solid timber floors and original beams and trusses make this setting
perfect for an exclusive cocktail event.
For groups of up to 70 guests – cocktail event
Exclusive use of bar with access to the cellar

MALT CELLAR
The Cellar is a charming below-ground space. Walls of vintage wine champagne surround an impressive timber table stretching the entire length of the room. An elegant and functional space for a sit down
dinner or casual canape event. The Cellar has access to HDMI connected TV for business functions.

Minimum spend: $1200-$1800 (depends on which day of the week)
Deposit of $500 required
COCKTAIL EVENT

ATTIC RESTAURANT
Our luxurious sunken dining room overlooks Brisbane’s city streets. The space is framed by 19th century red brick and timber and original archways. This space is full of ambience from the grand piano to
the exposed bricks and beams. Perfect for large groups.

Malt Dining offers our Bar, Cellar and Attic Restaurant for exclusive use on special occasions. Enjoy the
freedom to spend your event across the whole venue. Enjoy welcome drinks in the bar and cellar
followed by dinner in our charming restaurant. Perfect for a large event.

MALT TRADERS
Our boutique retail space fronting Market Street is just steps away from Malt Dining. By day Malt
Traders is a bustling retail craft liquor outlet. In the evening it transforms into a relaxing watering hole
with a difference. On Saturday this intimate space is available for exclusive events.

Exclusive use of Malt Traders bottle shop

Minimum spend: $2000

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are available Monday – Friday from 12 Noon and Saturday from 5pm unless
otherwise specified above.
All menu options and specific dietary requirements must be confirmed at least one week prior to
event
Deposit must be paid at least one week prior to event – no group booking is confirmed until
deposit is paid
Malt does not offer credit and all payments must be settled by the end of event
Cancellation of events less than 10 days out will incur a loss of deposit
All guest numbers confirmed prior to the event must be charged regardless of reduction in
numbers at the time of event
