UFlex Storage System
Belintra's UFlex modular storage system was designed to be functional, durable,
stable and expandable. Our unique storage system is made out of a high-quality
anodized aluminium.
UFlex offers an ergonomic and hygienic storage solution for sterile packs or
containers in your central sterilization unit, OR and other environments.
UFlex's versatility allows you to store any size of sterile pack or container by adding
or removing runners or telescopic guides as needed.
To organize and outfit your storage area as optimally as possible, the UFlex modular storage system has been designed to
accommodate a combination of ISO and DIN runners and shelves.
Anodized aluminum
UFlex's weld free frames have been manufactured out of high-quality, lightweight but extremely strong,
hygienic anodized aluminium. It looks great too!
Thermal plastic bumper
The front of the posts are fitted with a thermal plastic bumper to prevent damage to the rack or the picking
carts.
A wealth of possible combinations
Racks, of equal depth, can be combined ad infinitum.
Our UFlex system optimizes your space. No space will be wasted, on the contrary you will gain at least 20%
thanks to optimized positions. These also reduce handling time required from your staff.

UFlex Storage System
Tourne-Click(P) runners
Our new patented injection moulded Tourne-Click runners come with a unique turn-and-click system. This
allows you to secure the runners without the need for bolts or tools. Moving the Tourne-Click runners around
is very easy.
Interior components and identification
The uprights all come with 25 positions, spaced at 2 11/16 inch intervals. This offers incredible versatility and will
allow you to meet all your storage needs. The runners are available per case of 10 pair which should cover
on average one column.
Castors
Each UFlex column is equipped with four non-marking 2 inch Tente® grey double swivel wheels allowing easy
maneuvering. Brakes on the front wheels will keep the unit(s) stationary.
The wheels have a load capacity of 155 lbs and in static use even 310 lbs. They are temperature resistant from
-40°F to +176°F.
How to install the Tourne-Click(P) runners
Position the runners in the required
spot.
Push the runner against the upright and
click the lip securely into place.

To set up the UFlex storage solution, you start with two frames on castors and the required spacer sets depending on the width you want
to build (1).
Choose between 10 pair of tourne-click runners for storage of instrument trays in wire baskets or on wire shelves (A) or 8 pair of telescopic
runners with extension slides for the storage of containers (B)*. You can also mix extension slides on telescopic runners for the lower half
with Tourne-Click runners for wire baskets on the upper half.
To extend the storage just add one aluminum frame on castors and the required spacer sets (2).
Add another 10 pair of tourne-click runners for storage of instrument trays on wire baskets or wire shelves (A) or 8 pairs of telescopic runners
with extension slides for the storage of containers (B).
With Uflex you can build a modular storage system for a combination of:

Instrument trays in one or more columns at the same or different widths
•
Containers in one or more columns.
* In case of loading with containers it is recommended not to store the heavy containers above 40 inches for reason of ergonomics.

UBeTrack™ Mobile Storage System
UBeTrack™ is a space-saving storage system with adjustable shelves.
The structure is very light so the mobile racks can be moved quickly. The result
is a unique storage system made from anodized aluminium and high-quality,
antistatic synthetic materials, which means it can be used in both sterile and nonsterile environments.
By positioning the runner system at the top good hygiene is guaranteed and it is
easy to get past with transport trolleys.
The modular, space-saving UBeTrack™ storage system is a hygienic solution for small spaces with which you save up to 75% of
corridor space and up to 33% of the total footprint.
Easy assembly
The UBeTrack™ assembly is based on the UBeFlex® concept so it is easy and very quick to assemble. Since we
use a single tracking system which is positioned on top of the unit and wheels on the bottom, there is no need
for a track on the floor. Nothing to trip over!
The packages containing the parts are easy to carry and fit in a standard lift.
Modular construction
ISO D-type and DIN D-type columns can be combined with each other and with D-type shelves of up to
47 ¼ inch. The same shelf-combinations must be used within one block however.
The maximum depth for working ergonomically is around 90 ½ inch. For example, this corresponds with 5 ISO
D-type columns or 6 DIN D-type columns whether combined with shelves or not.
Hygienic
The tracking system, which is positioned at the top, has a protective cover over it preventing dust from falling
on and accumulating in the track. This also allows for easy cleaning and disinfecting.
This top mounted track keeps floors clear and alows for easy cleaning of the floors and easy navigating
through the unit with carts or trolleys.

UBeTrack™ mobile storage system
Design
With regard appearance the design fits in seamlessly with the existing UBeFlex® range so that both can be
combined beautifully in one space.
Castors
The wheels on the mobile shelves have very low rolling resistance.
Thanks to the UBeTrack’s intelligent design, the wheels also function as a bumper to prevent damage.
Extremely strong
The UBeTrack™ has a load-bearing capacity of max. 1,320 lbs per column. In runner set-up max. 55 lbs per
pair of guides and in shelf set-up max. 330 lbs per shelf level.
For ergonomic reasons, loading the mobile shelves over 330 lbs in total is not recommended.
Identification
As an option you can fit the UBeTrack™ with colored PVC strips (packs of 10) to replace the standard gray
profiles to personalize your storage per department or, for example, to use color coding for location allocation
per discipline in the storage within your SPD.
Optimum labeling
The shelves can be fitted with newly designed “click” label holders. These simply click onto any position
on the front of the shelf and can be fitted with an insert. Because these label holders do not protrude
above the edge of the shelf, you can take larger packets or containers from the shelves without a hitch.
There are specific label holders for the columns that can also simply be clicked onto the profiles.

Liners for Modular Cabinets
Cabinets equipped with straight liners or liners with a built-in tilting function are
a safe and space-saving storage system for medication, sterile and non-sterile
products.
In a cupboard, nurses, doctors and logistics staff have a clear overview of the
products.
Since the liners are part of the modular concept, the modules and the storage
baskets can optimally be organized to fit into the available space.
Arranging your cabinets with light grey ABS liners increases the general overview and saves space. With liners with a built-in tilting
function, the content of the higher placed baskets is within easy reach.
