There are only 11 days until the first move-in for Summer College! some of you may be wondering what
your address is or how family and friends can send you mail. Today’s email update will be specific to
living in Dellplain Hall, your home during Summer College:

Mail/Packages
 You will be assigned a mailbox # (and the combination) for the duration of Summer College
 Packages can be picked up from the Main Desk from 4pm until Midnight every day (this gives
our staff time to organize everything)
Laundry
 Located on the first floor
 Coin operated
 Students are responsible for securing their own detergent and dryer sheets
SU ID Card
 You will need to show this to a student-worker EACH time you enter Dellplain Hall.
 They are called RSA's (Resident Security Aid's) and work for our campus police department
(DPS).
 Always have your ID on you and make sure to have it ready each time you enter the hall.
Wireless
 Dellplain Hall has wireless internet access – in order to log in, you must use your Net ID.
 Activate your Net ID as soon as possible. Instructions are on the Summer College website at:

**In addition, there a number of Required Forms that are mandatory for students to fill out prior to
arriving to Summer College. Please use the website to access these forms as well as check the status of
those forms you have already submitted.
