RELEASES AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT
The Leading Entertainment Agency in the Middle Eastern Region addresses
the UAE public about misunderstanding of Alchemy Project’s involvement in
a series of recent Musicals & theatre shows in Dubai.
One of Middle East’s events industry leaders, Alchemy Project, the group that recently
expanded to Turkey and Brazil, addresses the Media and Public about the misunderstanding
about Alchemy Project’s involvement in a series of Family Entertainment and Theater shows
organized and produced in Dubai in the Month of December and January.
The Media Department of Alchemy Project addressed the Media representatives and Public
with the below statement:
“At Alchemy Project we truly believe in the Value Proposition and the flawless service to our
customers and clientele, and always thrive to deliver better shows and entertainment to the
Market. Unfortunately, lately we have received many complaints from our loyal customers;
in regards to the lack of quality of a series of recent family entertainment and theater shows
in Dubai produced and organized by other events management agencies. The complaints
had been directed to Alchemy Project based on an assumption that it was Alchemy Project
that produced those shows, which was the basis of the large volume of complaints directed
to Alchemy Project. As a result, we decided to release an official statement to address the
misunderstanding and inform those fans that these shows were not produced or organized
by Alchemy Project. We are flattered that the Dubai’s Public directly associated us with the
strongest Internationally renowned shows in Dubai, due to successful execution of many of
such shows in the recent past. However, we deeply sympathize with the bad experience that
these shows provided to some guests due to poor organizational performance that led to
such dissatisfactions.”
Alchemy Project CEO, Mac.s.Far, expresses his concern for such lack of quality in
organizational standards and poor delivery in the Dubai’s Entertainment Market, and adds:
“We are deeply disappointed from the lack of qualities in the delivery and a weak turnout, of
such big name shows by our fellow Event Management Agencies in the great City of Dubai.
We believe that Dubai deserves the best of show executions and deliveries since it is
perceived as one if the most sophisticated and attractive destinations in the world. The lack
of delivery and sense of responsibility of such organizations reflect negatively on the
Entertainment industry, as a whole, and takes away from the trust and confidence of the
fans and customers relying on the organizational quality for attending the Future shows of
such kind. We are committed to the great people of Dubai that Alchemy Project will be
delivering exceptional shows, creative campaigns and continue to set highest standards of
entertainment, in our future shows, and sympathize with you for your discomfort of your
experiences in the mentioned shows”.
Alchemy Project has planned to announce a series of strong and exciting shows in Music and
Family Entertainment fields, for 2014 and 2015.
