incomplete or illegible forms, claims submission will not be returned. 4. Offer good only on select Bosch Appliances listed on page 2. 5. Purchase must
occur between April 1, 2017 – May 31, 2017. Full payment must occur prior to July 15, 2017; purchase outside of these parameters is ineligible.

be liable for more than the amount of the stated rebate; by submitting this rebate form, you agree to this strict liability limitation. 15. Not eligible at Lowe's,
