2017-04-06 Two senior lecturer positions in industrial economics and management BTH, Blekinge Institute of Technology, Department of Industrial Economics and Management, Karlskrona Reference number: BTH 3.1.1-0074-2017 BTH 3.1.1-0075-2017 Work description: The main tasks associated with a position as senior lecturer in Industrial Economics and Management at BTH are research and pedagocial work. This includes own research work, supervision of doctoral students, development and leadership of research projects, applications for external research funds, teaching at undergraduate and masters levels, development of courses as well as course responsibilities. The allocation of working time between these different activities may vary over time. Industrial economics and management at BTH focuses on the interplay between technology, innovation and industrial dynmics. Central themes concern the conditions for as well as consequences of the commercial realization of new technology. This comprise technologybased businesses, entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation in established as well as in new and growing industries and firms. Eligibility: To be eligible for a position as senior lecturer in general, the applicants must: have completed a doctoral degree or possess corresponding scientific competence or any other skill that is of importance with regards to the position and the tasks associated with it have pedagogical skills For this position applicants should have a doctoral degree in industrial economics, economics, business economics, or business administration with a specialization in finance or management accounting or similar.
