Listening to e-audio on an apple device
Before you are able to listen to an e-audio book from the Staffordshire Libraries
catalogue on an iPhone or iPad, you will first need to download Documents 5 from
the app store – this is a free app. There are other apps with the same or similar
names, so please ensure you install this one:
Then you need to follow the following steps:
1. First download an eAudio book of your choosing. You can find eAudio books
through the library catalogue.
2. Once downloaded, you should be taken to the file with options like the
following:
You should then select ‘More...’ and find the ‘Import with Documents’ option
in the choices given, as below:

3. The app will open, with a message telling you it has been added to the
Documents folder:
4. Once this is done, go to the documents folder within the app, and you should
find the zipped file:
5. To get the files within the zipped file, you need to extract it. To do this, simply
tap on the zip file you have downloaded.
It will say ‘processing’ whilst it’s extracting, and when it’s finished, the file will
now appear as a folder:

6. Once this is done, you can now select this folder to view the e-audio files within it,
and then you can select any of these files to play them:
