Log into http://www.rvll.net/
Click on “Login” in top left

Login with your Email address or username
Enter in Password
Click the “Remember Me” box to store password
Click “LOGIN”
Steps to get to your team:
• IN THE GAME
• Divisions
• Farms (in this example)
Steps to get to your team:
• Scroll down to TEAM PAGES
• Select your team (A’s in this example)
• Flip the toggle on the upper right to “EDIT” mode
• Does default to “USER”, so need to flip to make changes to your team page
Verify roster is complete
• Click on Roster button as shown above
• Active Players (Roster) will appear with player names on your team
• Click “Admin” button as shown above to verify all players are registered
• Scroll down to “Groups”
Roster Verification
• If player’s parents have setup an account a name will be listed under “Account”
• If not a button will appear stating that a Sport Ngin account has not been setup
• Click that button and email the parent to setup their account

If only have phone number call parent to get email

Workaround to get contact information
• Select dropdown next to your login name top left
• Go to “My Access”
• Select “Private Manager Page” (more on next slide)
• The Private Manager Page has registration information for all players
• Can Search under your division for players names to get phone number / email
• Suggest calling parent to verify email address
Sending Message to your team:
• Select Admin, then Groups
• Select Messages, then click on “Send Message to Group”
• Can send to entire group, or pick specific players
Add Event Calendar:
• Select “Add Page Element” to add content to your page
• Select “Event Aggregator” to create your calendar
Add Event Calendar:
• Select preferred view, 5 day forecast vs. Event List for example
• Now can add events (practices, games, etc)
Sport Ngin App:

Download
Login with RVLL.net user ID and password
Parents can download as well and get calendar updates on their phone
