Every physician affiliated with WellStar has a profile page. Each individual’s unique page is
accessible through the physician search on wellstar.org.
An example of a physician’s profile is on the next page. The items contained in the red box feed
into wellstar.org by way of the Medical Staff Office database. If any of that information needs
attention – including your practice address – please email [email protected].
There are other fields of information that, when populated, will display on this page. Below is a
listing of the available fields and instructions on how to provide that information for upload to
wellstar.org.




Biography (please copy and paste your bio here, save the document and email to [email protected])
Physician Photo (please email a professional photo, preferably in a white lab coat, to
[email protected])
Video (please email your video to [email protected])
Links to Publications (please cut and paste links to your publications here or attach the actual
