The Dokaflex 1-2-4 System
Floor props Eurex
Floor props Eurex are type-tested to EN 1065 and are the right choice for every application. The high
load-bearing strength is supplemented by a raft of practical details for easy handling:
Consecutively numbered pegging holes facilitate speedy height adjustment
Curved peg ends reduce the risk of injury and make the props easier to use
A special thread geometry makes the props easy to back off even under high loads; a few blows with a
hammer suffice
Doka beam H20 top
The Doka beam H20 top has unique end reinforcements providing improved protection for the beam ends
to prolong useful life and minimise post-use costs. The high level of manufacturing quality with 100%
material-strength testing ensures uniformly high product quality and load-bearing strength for safe
utilisation in the Dokaflex system. The predefined positioning points facilitate handling to a significant
extent. Certified by the Institut für Bautechnik, Berlin.
Dokadur panels
Dokadur panels are the state of the art for floor-slab panels. Special surface sealing with precisionmetered corundum sanding means maximised use cycles and superb-quality concrete facing on account
of significantly better scuff resistance, plus improved safety at work, because the risk of slipping is
reduced. Easy surface cleaning and surround protections made of high-grade PU also contribute to
maximised cost savings.
The beam forming support 20 enables the formwork for slab beams to be set up quickly, with
positioning accurate to the millimetre. It's a simple matter of setting the beam forming support on the
transverse beam and hammering it tight. The side formwork automatically pulls tight for clean concrete
surfaces and edges of the cast concrete beam
Working with Dokaflex 1-2-4
1-2-4 – the numbers represent the maximum spacing for setting up Dokaflex 1-2-4. Triangular marks
on the beams indicate the spacing. 1 mark represents the maximum spacing for transverse beams, 2
marks are the maximum spacing for props, and 4 marks show the maximum spacing for longitudinal
beams.

Three-ply concrete-formwork sheet, made of European spruce (picea abies), designed specially for
building. Produces a uniform concrete surface.
Technical specifications same as the formwork sheet 3-SO, but PU-sealed on one side with corundum
sanding.
Dokaplex-Multi-ply sheet
High-grade multi-ply sheet made of Finnish birch hardwood for use again and again. Produces a
highquality, smooth concrete surface.
