Please keep a copy of both pages for your records. Initial ___ The space you will be receiving is a 10 x 10-foot space. Your items must fit within this space and not encroach on neighboring crafters. Initial ___ Do not call Parkwood High School for information or with questions about the Hoedown Throwdown. The administrative staff will not be able to answer your questions. Please refer all questions to the number or email listed above. Initial ___ Exhibitor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of the Hoedown Throwdown. The Parkwood High School PTSO reserves the right to ask any exhibitor to leave show if not acting in the best interest of the bazaar, or who does not meet exhibitor requirements. Initial ___ Exhibitor agrees that if rules are not followed or they are deemed a no-show, they will forfeit the ability to be invited back the following year. Day of the Event- Initial ___ You are required to check in at the registration table on April 29th in order to receive your table assignment. Initial ___ Exhibitor check in will start at 8:00AM, no earlier. Initial ___ Do not assume that you have the same space as in previous years. We’ve limited the number of booths this year so that all vendors can have equal traffic flow to their booths. Initial ___ Exhibitors must check in by 8:30AM or your space could be re-sold. Initial ___ PARKING: After unloading your merchandise, YOU MUST MOVE YOUR VEHICLE OVER TO THE BUS PARKING LOT TO THE RIGHT OF THE FRONT OF THE SCHOOL. WE WILL ALSO HAVE HELPERS TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS TO YOUR LOCATION. Initial ___ All set up must be completed by 9:30AM sharp. Initial ___ Exhibitor understands that they will need to provide any needed equipment (tables, chairs, canopy tents, electric cords, displays, etc.) Initial ___ Exhibitor agrees to confine all display and selling activity within the assigned booth space, refraining from placing signs and other goods or other materials within or over public aisle space, vendor aisle space, or in other vendors’ space. Initial ___ Bring your own carts, dollies and loaders to load and unload your merchandise. Initial ___ No refrigeration; no cooking appliances. Initial ___ One crafter and one helper per table. Initial ___ Space must be open and staffed during the entire event from 10am-4pm or vendor will not be able to participate in the event the following year. Initial ___ Do not conduct any type of raffle that is in direct competition with the various fundraising activities of the host of the Hoedown Throwdown (Parkwood High School PTSO.) Initial ___ Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up their area at the end of the day. Leave it as neat as you found it.
