Go to our web-site and follow the links. Begins January 1. IN PERSON REGISTRATION Register in person during office hours or in the board room SGSC at the following times; Saturday, February 1 & 8, 9:00-12:00PM Wednesday, February 5 6:00-9:00PM RECREATIONAL PROGRAM League play begins the week of May 12 and ends with the Tim Horton’s Championship Play-offs in August. Each recreational player receives a shirt, shorts and socks. End of year mementos (trophies given to all teams U5-U9 & under), team picture and pizza day are included in the cost of registration. Please note: U6 and above will be scheduled 1 game and 1 practice per week. U11-U18 is a playoff structure with top four teams playing on final days and receiving awards at that time. NO REQUESTS. A Coach and/or Sponsor’s daughter(s) may be placed on their team. This must be indicated on the registration form (or in the case of a Sponsor, indicated on both the sponsorship and registration forms). All players must have SHIN GUARDS to play. FEES Players MUST NOT wear JEWELRY on field of play. Please note that programs fill up very quickly. If you do not enclose signed forms and fees, your registration cannot be completed. Please include a copy of the player’s birth certificate for first time registrations with SGSC. This program is mandatory for all clubs. This year we will field teams at U13-U18 & Women. They will play in the Western Ontario Youth Soccer League (WOYSL), London & District Youth Soccer League (LDYSL) or Lambton – Kent Soccer League (LKSL). Selection – Selection of the 2014 teams was made in October with the exception of the women’s teams which will be made in the spring. A second team may be added at age levels where registration numbers are sufficient. Players not selected will be placed in the recreational league. Coaches for the 2015 season will be selected in September 2014. Try-outs and final selection of the teams will be made in October 2014. Annual General Meeting (AGM) Tuesday, November 4th, 2014 – Mark it on your Calendar! NO DOGS, nor other PETS, nor BICYCLES allowed on soccer grounds/facility. PLEASE HELP TO KEEP OUR FIELDS TIDY. Everyone using Club facilities should make themselves aware of club policies and field rules. PHOTOGRAPHS Photographs will be taken in early to mid June. 2013-2014 BOARD OF DIRECTORS Susan Carnegie Travel Cost: (Must be paid in full prior to playing first league game!) Club registration fee Travel fees can range from $230-$280 (includes uniform deposit) covers referees’ fees and up to 4 tournaments. Payable May 1, 2014, once player has made the club rep team. $100 uniform deposit (included in travel fee); will be reimbursed when the uniform is returned to the club. NO POST-DATED CHEQUES Uniforms Players receive a principal strip and an alternate. Uniforms (except socks) must be returned at the end of the season. Tournaments All teams play at least 3-4 tournaments throughout the summer.
