There is a non-refundable $25 registration fee per student per semester paid to Harvest Christian
Academy. This covers basic supplies.
HCA only facilitates these Academy Days; we do not receive money from the teachers. Each parent/family
pays each teacher directly for classes attended. Fees should be paid at the beginning of the semester.
All fees are per semester, including materials fees. Most classes have materials/book fees noted with a +
Fee breakdown: 4.25 per Elem. Class, 6.25 per MS class, 7.75 per HS class
Our fees are nominal. This allows for teachers and parents room to “breathe”. Sometimes a teacher gets
sick and can not attend class; we try to find a substitute, but if one can not be found, we must cancel the
class.
If HS students are not in a class, they must be under parent supervision. There is no study hall this year.
REGISTRATION: Use our website to sign up for classes. There is a registration form under the “Academy Day
Classes” tab. Registration is complete once you send in your registration fee.
