Abstract. In givens article are how to build a professional-pedagogical
competence of the teacher of computer science future date.
Keywords: the formation of competence, professional-pedagogical
competence, key (starting) professional competence, base of professional
competence, special professional competence.
Developed countries as case studies in the field of education and training
in our education system, social, economic versus the political life of the
information and pedagogical and information technologies in the context of
integration focuses on the development competence.
This person’s professional and personal qualities and competence,
knowledge, skills and abilities of practical work experience as well as
independent and creative activities at the combine[1].
Teachers, scientists studied the works of the competency as a complex of
social and professional skills of the person, according to the Competence
includes professional training and personal characteristics. Competence covered
by the system include the person’s competence to participate in practical
situations, problematic cases, find the optimal solution, the ability to selfimprovement.
Pedagogical skills and pedagogical competence basis of lies. Pedagogical

the integration of information technologies prepared the formation of the
professional competence of teachers of theoretical computer science and
technology and the practical result of which is reflexive approach, the
implementation of the activities carried out in a professional pedagogical
competence can be divided in three levels. They are as follows:
1) Key (starting) professional competence in the field of science teachers
teaching to solve the issues of teaching and the of communication technologies
available, the same level of knowledge, skills and availability;

These innovative science teachers in the higher educational institutions of
the modern information and communication technologies for teaching and
learning and the use of technical means to create electronic educational
materials technologies, software technologies high technology disciplines, such
as education, perfect knowledge of these, subjects, which is the highest level of
talent and skills
