of the market.
Oculus Rift can compete on differentiation because it offers the capability of playing games,
being able to watch movies, and being able to spend time with your friends all in virtual
reality unlike its competitor like Samsung VR.
Due to the unique experience the Oculus Rift has to offer, the main focus will be on a very
narrow segment of the market. Primary focus goes towards people who want an “out of
body” experience using virtual reality.

Virtual reality is becoming more and more popular with the increase of
millennials in today’s society. Instead of just having to sit at a computer and
play games, or through the use of a console, you can dive in a game with
virtual reality from the comfort of your own bed.
Oculus Rift further helps it’s market by allowing the use of its users to watch a
movie without going to the movie theaters, or going to the destination without
putting forth the effort of travelling.
