Saturday – failure to do this will result in a 7-0 win to the 2nd on the draw team.

Team Card Procedures
1.
The 1st team on the draw is responsible for supply of the team card.
2.
Team names need to be entered correctly, i.e. Navy Seals or Rooster Rovers.
3.
All players must have full names written on the team card. First names only or nicknames are not
satisfactory.
4.
The 1st on the Draw Team is responsible for filling in the details at the bottom of the card (team
names, innings, date, grade, diamond, gender and time), as well as completing their own section
with players names and details. The 2nd on the Draw Team is responsible for completing their
section with player’s names and details.
5.
At the conclusion of the game, an official from both teams and the umpire are required to sign the
team card after verifying that the scores are entered correctly. This score will remain unless proof
is provided to the NHSA Office.
6.
It is the responsibility of the 1st on the Draw Team to return the card to the Control Room by end
of play on Saturday. Failure to do this will result in a 7-0 win to the 2nd on the Draw Team.
7.
Should the opposition not turn up or not have enough players, then it is the responsibility of the
other team to furnish a team card whether they are 1st on the draw or not with default clearly
written on the card.
8.
If the default has been notified prior to game day, there is no need to furnish a team card.
9.
Should a senior game commence and be called off due to weather before the end of the 5th innings
a team card should be submitted with rain out clearly written on the card. The rest of the details
on the card should be completed.
10.
Should a junior game commence and be called of due to weather the game will revert to even
innings unless only a single innings is played whereby a team card should be submitted with rain
out clearly written on the card. The rest of the details on the card should be completed.
11.
It is important to completely fill in the team card, failure to provide accurate and complete
information incurs fines.
12.
All forms must be filled out in Black or Blue Pen only. No Pencil.
