Management of the Licensee is responsible for the preparation and disclosure of information with respect to the
company’s oil and gas activities in accordance with AER expectations as defined in the LLR Program Management
Plan.
The board of directors has approved the content and filing of the information provided to the AER with respect to the
company’s oil and gas activities based upon a review of

the company’s procedures and

the information with both management and the reserves evaluator/auditor.
Because the reserves are based upon judgements regarding future events, actual results will vary and the variations
may be material.
