Filling instructions:
1 - number of lines in sequence;
2 – insert the airline code and the numeric part of the arrival flight number;
3 – insert the airline code and the numeric part of the departure flight number;
4 - 7 – operation period (since / till). Insert operation period in relation to the time of arrival (or in the case of departure flight - only in
relation to the time of departure) at the relevant airport. Enter the number of month, then a 3-letter code of month, e.i. JAN, FEB,
MAR, APR, etc .;
6 and 7 - left blank, if separate dates are given (use the appropriate number of lines for different dates);
8 - operation days. Numbers from 1 to 7 are used. For days when the flight is not performed enter 0 (zero);
8 - left blank, if the application is completed for different dates;
9 - the number of seats. Insert the number of seats in all classes and then add zeros, if the number is less than 3 digits. For cargo flights
please enter 000;
10 – Aircraft type. Insert 3-character code of aircraft type;
11 - Origin airport in routing of arriving flights is inserted (can be left blank, if it is the same as the previous point of departure);
12 – insert the code of previous (with respect to the airport of slot) airport in route of arriving flight;

13 - arrival at the airport;
14 - departure from the airport;
15 – “Plus day” indicates that the departure flight is performed on the next day than your departure day. “1” means on the following
day, “2” – in two days, etc;
16 - insert the code of the next (in relation to airport slots) airport in the flight route;
17 - insert the code of destination airport in the flight itinerary;
18, 19 – transportation type. One-letter code of transportation type. Both columns shall be filled in for slots for transit/turnaround
flight;
20 – Frequency in weeks. For weekly flights, please left blank, enter “2” - once in two weeks;
21, 22 - code of terminal is indicated if the slot airport there are more than one terminal.

PROCEDURES
to maintain a log of applications submitted to obtain services rendered by natural
monopolies at airports
1. The present Procedures establish requirements for maintaining a log of
applications for services rendered by natural monopolies in airports (hereinafter – “the
Register”).
2. Principal operator maintains the log in order to ensure the registration and
processing of consumer applications for services rendered by principal operators
(operators) in airports according to the decree of the Government of the Russian
Federation as of July 22, 2009 No. 599 “On Principles to Ensure Access to Services
Rendered by Natural Monopoly Providers at Airports” (Legislation Bulletin of the Russian
Federation, 2009, No. 30, p. 3836).
3. The log is maintained electronically.
4. Information on the applications registered in the log shall be available to all
consumers.
5. Information contained in the log shall be available at the official website of
airport. Upon the written request of consumers, the principal operator (operator) provides
the information in the log on the same day.
6. While maintaining the log, Principal operator (operator) ensures:
Daily (on workdays) update of the information in the log;
Timely provision of extracts from the log to consumers upon their written requests;
Backing up information from the log with the aim of restoring, if necessary;
safety, reliability, integrity and availability of the information contained in the
Register and the protection from unauthorized access
