Theme: (1)Dreams, (2)Environment Protection, (3)World Peace 2. All participants are separated into four groups. Children Group 1 will not attend the final competition held on August 18th, 2012 in Vancouver due to age restrictions. Group:Children Group 1 (Age 4-6); Children Group 2 (Age 7-12); Youth Group 1 (Age 13-17); Youth Group 2 (Age18-25) 3. Size: A3 size (43cm×28cm), or tabloid (42cm×29cm), 4. Deadline and selection of the preliminary round: · The deadline for the preliminary round: July 20th, 2012 · The authorized institutes will evaluate and select during the preliminary round within the subdivision. Each division will select First Awards (Gold Medal), Second Awards (Silver Medal), Third Awards (Bronze Medal) and other Awards for the four age Groups. Up to 30% of all participants will receive one award or even more. Jury Panel Members have the authority to re-evaluate the works should any dispute about the fairness and openness of procedure arise. · All winners of the First Award, Second Award and Third Award from each subdivision will have the opportunities to attend final competition for live painting competition, which is to be held in Richmond Olympic Oval, Richmond, Canada on August 16th.All participant will received the certification, medal which will be delivered directly from the Organizing Committee. 5. Final Round · The Open Ceremony & the final live painting competition will be held from 17:00-20:00, on August 16th, 2012, at the Olympic Oval. The Committee will issue one First Award (Gold Medal), three Second Award (Silver Medal), six third Award (Bronze medal), and Best Innovation Award, Best Color Award, Best Structure Award, Best Method Award, Best Quality Award. First Award will get Golden cup and 500 CAD Dollar, Second Award- Silver cup and 300 CAD Dollar, Third Award- Bronze cup and 100 CAD Dollar. · The Open Ceremony & the final live painting competition will be held from 13:00-16:00, on August 18th, 2012, at the Olympic Oval. 6.
