Principles

Quarterly project reports (Every Quarter: M3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24)
Periodical project reports (M9, M18, M24)
Coast claims (M9, M18, M24).

Project reports should be sent to EU within the month following the end
of the reporting period.
•
Given the large number of partners and the short timeline to produce
the reports the following principles are proposed:
1. The “effort” part of the quarterly reports will be reported in term of PM (Person
Months): Collaborator name, Activity, Task, PM (funded or Unfunded). Those efforts
will be collected by the Federations Administration, sorted by Activity and validated
by each Activity Manager.
2. In order to have a continuous control of the budget “internal coast claims” will be
produced quarterly by each partner. Internal cost claims will report the effective
coast (personal cost, expenditures, …..). Internal coast claims should be coherent
the with PM effort reported in the QRs and will be the basis for producing the official
periodical coast claims sent to EU.
