Children’s Season Singapore Lucky Draw
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
a. This contest is open to Singapore residents only, 18-years-old and above, and runs
from 27 May 2017 - 25 June 2017.
b. Employees of the National Heritage Board (NHB) and participating institutions are not
eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.
2. Contest Period: 27 May 2017 - 25 June 2017
3. How to Enter:
a. All entries must be submitted by 11.59pm on 25 June 2017. Incomplete or late
applications, as well as applications without three (3) stamps in their Children’s
Season Singapore Passport, will be subject to disqualification by NHB at its sole
discretion.
b. Participants are allowed to submit only one (1) entry each.
c.
Participants must fulfil all the Lucky Draw steps and collect three (3) stamps in their
Children’s Season Singapore Passport as specified, to be eligible to participate in the
Lucky Draw.
d. Entries that do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified at the
sole discretion of NHB.
e. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent or breach these
Terms and Conditions, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of
NHB.
4. Prizes:
a. Grand Prize
There shall be one (1) Winner of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize shall comprise:

There shall be one (1) Winner of the Fifth Prize. The Fifth Prize shall comprise:

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by NHB.
g. The Prizes, or any part thereof, are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and
non-replaceable for credit, cash or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
h. NHB reserves the right to replace any Prize with another of equal or higher value
without prior notice.
5. Winner Selection, Notification and Terms and Conditions:
a. The Winners will be selected by a random draw by NHB to be held on 28 June 2017.
b. The Winners will be notified by email or telephone following the selection and
announcement of Winner on 30 June 2017.
c.
NHB shall be held free from any liability whatsoever for the Winners’ failure to receive
notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners’ provision of
incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
d. If a Winner fails to collect the Prize by the deadline specified by NHB, the Winner
shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be
entertained under any circumstances. In that event, NHB shall be entitled to
redistribute the unclaimed Prize(s) to the pool of reserve winners at its sole and
absolute discretion.
e. During collection of the Prize, the Winner shall be required to:




Present their original Children Season’s Passport for verification. This is to
determine whether all the contest requirements have been fulfilled.
Produce their original IC / passport with legible IC / passport number in order to
claim the prize; and
Produce additional original proof of identity, if required at the sole discretion of
the NHB.
Each Winner shall release from, and indemnify the NHB and its representatives
against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or
participation in the Lucky Draw including (but not limited to) personal injury and
damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some
negligent act or omission or otherwise.
6. Personal Data
a. By participating in this Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that:
 NHB will collect and use participants' personal data, to facilitate their participation
in the Lucky Draw. Such personal data may include without limitation a
participant's name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or
passport number, as well as his picture, photographs or likeness.
 NHB reserves the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of
any participant or Winner in its marketing, publicity or promotional materials at
NHB’s sole discretion without notice to the participant or Winner, or require any
participant or Winner to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional
activities.
 By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree that NHB may collect, use, and
disclose your personal data, as provided in this entry form, for administration of
this Lucky Draw, identification purposes and prize collection, and to send you
notices, information, promotions and updates including marketing and advertising
materials in relation to programmes, events and promotions held by NHB, and
will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to any third parties.
7. Others
a. NHB's decisions on the Lucky Draw and the Winners shall be final and no
correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained under any circumstances. In the
event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the Lucky Draw and
any participant’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to the sole discretion and
final determination of NHB.
b. NHB is not responsible to any Winner for the redemption of the Prizes. NHB shall not
be liable to any Winner for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue,
business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Winner arising out of or in
connection with the redemption of any Prize.
c.
NHB reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who
tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the
promotion.
d. The National Heritage Board reserves the right to change, amend or add to these
Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The National Heritage Board further
reserves the right, without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, or
in any other way terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
e. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with
Singapore law.
