Club Cardio
Heart pumping fitness on the tennis court for ages 19+. Classes are set to music and choreographed to move
your heart rate into the proper target zone and enjoy fun activity while getting a work-out.

TEAM PRACTICES
The success of TSAC players in USTA leagues is a direct result of team practices. Practices consist of an hour of
drill with a pro followed by one half hour of supervised play. Practices are arranged through the tennis staff.
Fee: $32.00 per practice
ADULT CLINICS
Clinics meet at various times through the week and are arranged directly with the pro staff. Clinics are one hour
or one and one half hrs in duration. Clinics are based on NTRP ratings to insure compatible play. If you are
unaware of your rating, please contact a tennis professional for a complimentary session.
Fee: $25.00 per class (based on one hour)
MIXED DOUBLES
Relax with friends, meet new players, have some tennis fun and exercise on a Friday or Saturday night at the
club. Each night is organized and run by someone on the TSAC staff. You register in advance at the front desk
and come for the evening. Play begins at 6:00pm and goes until 8:00pm, followed by food and beverages. There
are dates and nights for each level (graduates of Learn Tennis Fast up to advanced players).
Fee: $15.00 per night
SINGLES AND DOUBLES LEAGUES
Enjoy the benefit of a weekly singles or doubles match with players of compatible abilities. The TSAC staff will
organize, schedule, and fill in when needed to make this regular game the highlight of your week. If you would
like to play but are not sure of your NTRP rating to place you in the right group, contact the professional staff for a
complimentary rating session. To register, call the club or leave your name at the front desk when you are in and
they will record it in the league book for the league director.
Fee: $10.00 per match
TENNISCIZE
The program that all TSAC members enjoy and get exercise with. It is open to all levels (must be a graduate of
Learn Tennis Fast) and is run by the TSAC professional staff. This is a great opportunity to practice your shots,
get a workout, play with friends, meet new players, and have a great time.
