Amit Gupta: Director & CEO:
Founder director of Rudraksha Technology, Mr. Gupta is an Electronics & Communication Engineer from
MNREC, Allahabad with more than 25 years of experience in the field of Digital Broadcasting and
Electronics Products companies.
He has experience in designing end to end systems such as DTH, IPTV and Interactive digital cable TV
solutions, in development of software based products for broadcast industry.
He has been associated with companies like Sony, Panasonic ,IMPEQ etc. in various capacities such as
Sales Head, Asia Region, Sales Manager- Pan India and other technical posts.
He is currently spearheading the team responsible for manufacturing the Digital Encoder Solution.
Kanhaiya Yadav: Director & CTO:
Mr. Yadav is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer with about 15 years of expertise in the
broadcast and telecom sector. He has been associated with companies like VSNL ,CNBC TV-18 etc. He
has handled technical positions and assignments like Support Manager ,Technical Manager amongst
other. He has undertaken major national and international projects in IPTV technology & digital head
end systems.
Dilip Srivastava: Director:
Mr. Srivastava is a dynamic Software Engineer having 12 years of experience in software development
for Broadcast and cable industry. He is responsible for the development of products like Mosaic
Generator, EPG Server and Video On Demand system. He was previously associated with IMPEQ as
development director responsible for projects at MTV- London ,Twin peak-Greece etc.
