notes and graded papers. Try looking back at the
teacher’s blog. Make a list of units, and then add details
about each unit.

0 Make any drastic changes to your diet, sleeping
pattern, exercise routine, medication, etc.
0 Ignore a study guide, review session, blog posting
0 Kiss, drink after, share germs with people who are
sick!

The Day of the Final
0 Dress comfortably, in layers. You want options if the
room is too hot or too cold. No one is trying to be cute
during Finals!
0 EAT BREAKFAST! There are mountains of research
that teenagers perform better after eating breakfast.
0 Supplies: #2 pencil, black pen, paper, etc.
0 Emergency supplies: water, cough drops, tissues, gum,
etc.
0 Focus!
