RE: COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES AND
TRANSCRIPTS
This is to inform you that with effect from 1st April, 2017,
Transcripts and Certificates will be issued every week as follows:
Mondays from 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm
and
Thursdays from 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm
NOTE: I. That as from 1st April, 2017 all graduates of
Maseno University who shall have not collected their
certificates would be required to pay penalty fee of Kshs.100
per month for the period the certificate will be in our custody.
Past graduates shall be charged Kshs.1,200/= per year.
Equally the following service charges shall apply:

II. Certificates once collected cannot be returned for
correction. Check your certificate before leaving the office.
