How were these Suppliers identified? (It is important to ensure that all Suppliers with relevant capability and experience are provided the same information and opportunity re scope, deliverables and timeframes). 8 PROPOSAL EVALUATION Note that it is expected that this strategy document is for engagements with clear scope, deliverables and timeframes and that this decision will be based on price only. Any other evaluation methodology requires management by Commercial Services. 9 LEGAL CONTRACT Please contact the University’s Legal Department for relevant contract. 10 INSURANCES All University engagements relevant insurance levels. Please contact Risk and Assurance Services for more information on the insurance requirement specific to this engagement. Professional Services should be managed for Earned Value to ensure achievement of the project scope and deliverables at the original cost.
