11 CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
All engagements require a contract manager. Please provide details of who will manage the contract
through to completion. Professional Services should be managed for Earned Value to ensure achievement
of the project scope and deliverables at the original cost. Performance reporting will be provided to
Commercial Services on completion of engagement.
