1. ELIGIBILITY: The Price Chopper Home Run Challenge Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal
residents of Iowa, Kansas and Missouri who are 18 years of age or older as of as of 07/05/17. Employees
and agents of Price Chopper Stores (“Sponsor”), Price Chopper Enterprises, Associated Wholesale Grocers,
DGS Foods, Reser’s Fine Foods, InQuest Marketing, prize vendors; employees and agents of all of the
above’s affiliated companies; all of the above’s immediate family members (spouses, parents,
grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren.) subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet
agencies, Procter and Gamble, ProCamps and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate family
members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local
laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 AM ET on 07/05/17 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on
07/11/17 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

ENTRY PROCESS: During the Sweepstakes Period the contest may be entered by using your Chopper
Shopper REWARDS card as follows: First, visit a participating Price Chopper location during regular
business hours beginning on 07/05/17 and ending on 07/11/17. A complete list of participating Price
Chopper locations can be found at www.MyPriceChopper.com; hours may vary per location. Second,
use your Chopper Shopper REWARDS card at checkout. REWARDS cards are available for free at Price
Chopper Customer Service or check out. Participants will receive bonus entries each time they use
their REWARDS card to purchase select P&G products at Price Chopper. For a complete list of
qualifying products, visit https://www.mypricechopper.com/shop-save/save/promotions. Participants
incur no obligation to Sponsor or the participating Price Chopper stores and no purchase is necessary
to participate.
Entries are limited to one (1) entry per day.
3. PRIZES:
Two (2) Grand Prizes: All-Star Package. Winner shall receive an All-Expense Paid trip for two (2) people to
the 2018 MLB All-Star Game. This will include one (1) $500 Visa Gift Card, hotel accommodations for two
(2), airfare for two (2), two (2) tickets to the MLB All-Star Game and two (2) tickets to the Home Run
Derby. ARV of prize is $3,500. Winner must comply with all rules and regulations. Failure to do so may
result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of
the prize. Limit one (1) Prize per person or household
Five (5) Second Place Prizes: Ultimate Tailgate Package. Winner shall receive one prize package which
consists exclusively of: one (1) Weber Grill, one (1) Yeti Cooler – Roadie and one (1) $300 Price Chopper

Gift Card. ARV of prize is $1,400. Winner must comply with all rules and regulations. Failure to do so may
result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of
the prize. Limit one (1) Prize per person or household.
One Hundred (100) Third Place Prizes: $100 Price Chopper Gift Cards. Winner shall receive one (1) $100
Price Chopper Gift Card. ARV of prize is $100. Winner must comply with all rules and regulations. Failure to
do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed
as part of the prize. Limit one (1) Prize per person or household.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Potential winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by ProCamps on or
around July 11, 2017. Potential winners will be notified by the contact information used to enter the
Sweepstakes or via supplied email address or phone number for mail-in entries, as applicable. In the event a
potential winner cannot be contacted, declines a prize, or cannot accept a prize at the date and time it is
offered, or otherwise is unwilling or unable to accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an
alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, time
permitting. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each prize pool.
Purchase will not increase odds of winning. Potential winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of
eligibility and liability/publicity release, within 7 days, or prize may be forfeited. Except as prohibited by law,
acceptance of a prize shall constitute the winners’ consent to use of their names, likenesses, and/or prize
information for promotional purposes without approval or further compensation. Limit one (1) prize per
family/household/organization.
5. GENERAL RULES: Potential Prize winners will be required to complete and return a Release of Liability
within 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance
within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in
disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will may be selected, time permitting.
Verified Winners will be notified by phone/email. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and
local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the
sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and
all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or
acceptance/use of prize and/or Sweepstakes, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’
decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to
use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation,
including a winner’s list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class
action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements
contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official
Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and
will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the
offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor assumes no
responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a
user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to
receive e-mail.
Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. If an entrant submits

more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant
attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple addresses, card registrations, identities or any
other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Any entries which are
suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods
of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Any person who
supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation
of these rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if
fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual/account holder fails to comply with any requirement of
participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Consumer data will not be
shared and will be used for sweepstakes and prize fulfillment purposes only.
ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Entrants agree (on behalf of him/herself) that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising
out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall
be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located
in the State of Iowa; (b) to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial in any and
all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize
awarded, or the determination of the winner; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited
to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no
event attorney’s fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and
entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied
or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant, and Released Parties in
connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to
conflicts of law principles or rules, and all proceedings shall take place in Des Moines, Iowa.
