Three Ingredients for Client Success CAPS Our Best Practices You are the key to a successful Fast ForWord program. Do you know what you need to do to ensure client success? Here you will learn the three ingredients needed for maximum client gain. 1. Completion Are clients completing content or getting stuck? Completion is the amount of content a client gets through each day. Clients should progress at a steady rate. If you don’t see daily upward progress, you know the client needs help. Intervene alerts signal difficulties. A client’s completion rate is a relevant gauge of how well clients are progressing through the content overall. Individual clients always have a completion goal. Recommendation: Avoid Intervene Alerts Exceeds: 65%+ Completion Rate 2. Attendance Are clients coming to work on Fast ForWord every day? Attendance measures how many days/week clients are using the products. Recommendation: 3 or 5 days/week Exceeds: 80%+ Attendance (100% for 3 days per week protocol) Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 3. Participation Do they participate for the full duration of the session? Participation measures the percentage of the daily schedule (or protocol) a client is using the software. For example, if your daily protocol is 30 minutes, did the client work for 100% of the time or only 15 minutes, 50%? Participation will tell you the amount of time on task. Recommendation: Complete protocol daily Exceeds: 95%+ Participation Your Turn! Look at your MySciLEARN Results. How are you doing on these three ingredients?
