FIAT PROFESSIONAL IS THE OFFICIAL PARTNER OF THE FIM MXGP
MOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ONCE AGAIN
The FIM MXGP Motocross World Championship is starting again and for the
second year running the FCA Group brand dedicated to commercial vehicles will
be Official Sponsor. The partnership is based on shared values, such as enthusiasm,
determination and selflessness: for this reason Tony Cairoli was chosen as brand
ambassador.
For Fiat Professional 2017 is kicking off with the renewal of the partnership which will see the
brand featuring at the MXGP Motocross World Championship that will be starting on 25
February on the Losail Circuit in Qatar. The championship will be taking place from February
to October on 20 circuits in Europe, the United States, Qatar, Thailand, Argentina and
Mexico. Every race draws tens of millions of spectators worldwide who watch the coverage on
major media outlets.
As a result of the partnership, the public will see a vehicle picked from the Fiat Professional full
liner range and equipped to take on the challenges of an increasingly competitive market in the
starting area and elsewhere. Ambassador of excellence of this winning union between the
worlds of two and four wheels will be Tony Cairoli, Italian racing icon, eight time World
Champion of the speciality and last season's runner-up.

Championship is based on authentic, common values, such as enthusiasm, determination and

motocross championship season with his legendary tenacity, and reflect the attitude of Fiat
Professional.
Fullback will be the product hero of the FIM MXGP Motocross World Championship official
fleet and will have many chances to show off all its qualities in terms of configurations,
dimensions and engines. Fullback was created to meet the real needs of professional

all kinds of uses, in line with the philosophy of the brand.
It will be joined by the genuine trendsetter Fiat Ducato, which will be perfectly at home at a

Motorhomes, which are another strength of the brand, will also be showcased during the
events: Over the past two years, over three out of four camper vans sold in Europe are
Ducato-based. Furthermore, the readers of the specialised German magazine Promobil named
Ducato "Best Motorhome Base Vehicle 2017", confirming the leadership of the model in this
important sector.
