Work 2 more rounds in chartreuse, then 1 round in pool blue = 7 ¼“ [18.5 cm] in Basic pattern B. Brim Next (increase) round: Change to pool blue, chain 1, *single crochet in next stitch, 2 single crochet in each of next 4 stitches; repeat from * to end, join with a slip stitch in the beginning-chain = 90 stitches. Next round: Chain 1, single crochet in each stitch around, join with a slip stitch in the beginning-chain. Repeat the last round twice more. Next round: Chain 1, work crab stitch (= single crochet from left to right) around, join with a slip stitch in the beginning-chain. Fasten off. Weave in ends. Height of hat about 10 ⅝“ [27 cm].
