This book was created to give individuals a chance to become active again! It is a procedural writing style book and allows for anyone to follow along and learn the rules of the game. It’s a great opportunity to generate physical activity while having fun at the same time! 1
Goal of the game:
1. To see how many cycles a team can make in 2 minutes!
2. To become active and have fun!

Materials:
• A group of 4 people
• 1 ball
Step 1:
•Get into a group of 4 people.

Step 2:
•Player 2 stands behind player 1.
•Player 4 stands behind player 3.
•Have 10 meters between players 1&2 and players 3&4.

Step 3:
•Player 1 throws the ball to player 3 and then runs behind player four. •Player 2 moves into player 1’s spot.

Step 4:
•Player 3 catches the ball and then throws the ball to player 2.

•After throwing the ball, player 3 runs behind player 2 into the empty spot.

•Player 2 catches the ball and then throws it to player 4.
• Player 2 then runs behind player 1.

Step 7:
•This process is repeated until all players return to their original position.
•When players are back in original positions, this equals 1 cycle.

Variations
•Adjust time limit to challenge players. Example: See how many cycles can be done in 3 minutes!
•Try kicking the ball instead of throwing it!

Evaluation
• There is no winning or losing in this game. Once you complete the game, see if you can beat your personal best!
• If there is another group of 4, you can compete against them to see who completes more cycles in the time frame!
