Situation Manuals
• Situation Manuals for each of the 10 work groups will be
completed by Wednesday October 13.
• Currently participants have only registered for 6 of the 10
work groups.
• The results from the questionnaire from the last VOAD
meeting are being incorporated into the Situation
Manuals.
• Need assistance with the Communications Plan portion
of the Situation Manuals.

Participant Briefing
Establish a date and time to facilitate a participant briefing
via a quick conference call.
The purpose behind this briefing will be to ensure everyone
has a comfort level with their role in the exercise as well as
how the exercise will play out.
I would recommend that the briefing be held several days
prior to the date of the exercise.
Additional information regarding exercise play would be
covered during this briefing as well as any last minute
questions can be asked and answered.
