The explanation between the different red
x’s that sometimes appear in the Portal
Incompletes Tab
Red “X” Type 1
If you have a red “X” in the first column with no
explanation other than “Signature or Co-Sign”. You are
locked out of the record.
Call your Facility Physician Support Coordinator and
explain you are locked out of one of your records.
Red “X” Type 2
If you have a red “X” in the first column with the explanation of “waiting for resident
Signature” or Waiting for Mid-Level Signature” Etc… You are locked out until the midlevel/resident signs their portion of the document. Once they sign the document in portal,
the red “x” will disappear and the document will become available for you to sign.
