• The contact for maintenance, custodial and grounds
requests
• Upon receipt, the request becomes a work order.

Email notifications are sent to requestor with work
order number.
• When work is completed, email notification and an
on-line survey is sent. Completing the survey
with any comments is very helpful to the FM staff.

Coordinator assigned. The purpose is to:
