Official Rules and Guidelines for the Stanley BEST Tailgate Chair Giveaway
Offer valid with qualifying cumulative purchases made on Stanley products (BEST, STANLEY, and PRECISON) sold
by Midwest Wholesale Hardware from November 1, 2016 though November 30, 2016. With each cumulative
ONLINE purchase of $100 of Stanley products from Midwest Wholesale Hardware, customers will earn an entry
to win one of 10 Tailgating Chairs. No entry limit. Midwest Wholesale Hardware may cancel offers at any time
without notice. Offers only apply to purchases made online at www.midwestwholesale.com. See your Midwest
Wholesale Hardware representative for details. Return of products which results in initial orders falling below
qualifying levels will result in entry being removed from drawing. Orders made before November 1, 2016 do not
qualify. The winner will randomly be drawn and notified by December 21, 2016. Prize is subject to availability
and Midwest Wholesale Hardware reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value
without giving notice. Allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of prizes.
