Gilgarastronglyadvisesagainstminors,infants,babiesandchildrenstayingforsafetyreasons,asour
accommodationmayhavegascookingfacilities,sharpknives,internalstairsandbathtubswhichcouldbe
hazardous.Also,Gilgaraislocatedinaruralenvironmentandisbynaturehazardousformanyreasonsbutnot
limitedtoclimate,weather,wildlifeandplantlife.Wereservetherighttodenyaccessandrequesttheguestto
leaveGilgara.Gilgaraalsoreservestherighttocharge100%oftheaccommodationreserved.Gilgaracannot
acceptanyresponsibilityforinjurycausedtoaminor,infant,babyandchildren.
DAMAGE
Theguestwillbeheldaccountableforanydamagetothesuite/room/commonareasandcontentsduringthe
staydates.Theguestwillbeliablefordamagescaused(includingthosebythirdpartiesvisitingtheguest)which
willresultinchargingonrepairandreplacementcost.Wereservetherighttoprocessanychargesinadditionto
accommodationtothepresentedcreditcardsuppliedatbooking.

Suite/Roomreservedineachreservationareguaranteed,specificsuite/roomnumbersallocationsaresubjectto
availabilityuponcheck-in/arrivalandcannotbepre-allocatedorguaranteed.

IfGilgaraisfullycommittedonthedeparturedate,latedeparturesorextensionsnotalreadyconfirmedwillnot

CANCELLATIONS
Ourstandardcancellationpolicyrequiresreservationcancellationsorchangestobeadvisedtousby2PM
(14:00)hoteltime,seven(7)dayspriortoarrival,exceptpeakseasoninChristmas&NewYearwhereone(1)
monthnoticepriortoarrival.Iftheguestdoesnotarriveby7PM(19:00)onthearrivaldatewithoutalerting
thehotel,thereservationwillbereleasedand100%ofaccommodationwillbecharged.Anypre-payments(if
any)willalsobeforfeited.Overhighdemandandspecialeventperiodsalternativecancellationpoliciesmay

Anyincidentforwhichthepoliceneedtobecalledontothepremises

Anybehaviourposingasafetythreattoothers

Ignoringadvicetoreduceexcessivenoise(musicorothernoise)
•
Throwingofobjectsfromwindows
•
Smokingwithinthesuite/room/insideenclosedarea(acleaninganddeodorizingfinewillalsoapply)
FAILURETOPAY
IntheeventthataguestfailstopayimmediatelyupondemandanyamountowingtoGilgara,pursuanttothe
reservationandaccommodation(includingbutnotlimitedtoanydamageandcleaningfees),Gilgarareserves
therighttodenyaccesstotheguestandaskthattheyvacatethepremises.
FORCEMAJEURE
GuestsandhotelrepresentativesofGilgaraareallowedpartialimpossibilityinanagreement,wherethe
performanceoftheagreementbyeitherpartyissubjecttoactsofGod,war,terrorism,governmentregulations,
nationaldisaster,strikes,civildisorderorcurtailmentoftransportationfacilitiesbeyondthecontrolofthe
partiesmakingitinadvisable,illegal,orimpossibletofulfilsomeoralloftheagreement.Anyagreements,
contracts,quotesandreservationsmaybeterminatedwithoutpenaltyforanyoneormoreofsuchreasonsby
writtennoticefromonepartytotheother.

RATES
AllratesarequotedinAU$(Australiandollars)andarepersuite/roompernightandinclude10%goodsand
servicestax(GST).RateswithinreservationsthathaveavalidconfirmationbyGilgarawillbehonoured.Rates
thathavebeenquotedarenotconfirmeduntilavalidconfirmationemailhasbeenreceivedfromGilgaraand
thereforesubjecttochange.Gilgarareservestherighttoamendratesthathavebeenconfirmedatincorrect
ratesduetohumanordistributionerrors.
RIGHTOFENTRY
IntheeventthattheGilgarahasalegitimatecauseforconcernoriftheguesthasnotbeenseennorbeenable
tobecontactedoveraperiodoftime,thesuite/roommaybeenteredbyahotelrepresentativetoensurethe
safetyandcomfortofallguestsisinorder.
RIGHTTOREFUSEENTRY
Gilgarareservestherighttorefuseaguestentrytothehoteloraccommodationforanyreasonwhatsoever
includingwheretheguesthasengagedinconductonapreviousoccasionadversetothehotel.
SECURITYANDLOSSPREVENTION
AllGilgarabuildingsaresecureenvironmentsandwedoeverythingpossibletoensuresecuritylevelsare
maintained,andweaskthatourguestsdoalso.However,Gilgaratakesnoresponsibilityforanypersonal
possessionsthatarelost,stolenormisplacedwhilstonthepremises.

AllGilgarasuites/roomsarenon-smokingandsmokingintheinternalsuiteisnotpermitted.Fineswillapplyto

Gilgaradoesnotpermitresaletoathirdpartyorfortradepurposeswithoutpriorconsentand/orwritten
agreement.Gilgarareservestherighttoacceptorrejectanysuchreservationsandcharge100%ofthe

TRAVELINSURANCE
Wehighlyrecommendallourgueststohaveanappropriateleveloftravelinsurance.Travelinsurancecanbe
