EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM FOR PARTICIPATION
Please outline what you would like to contribute to the ReSTAMPED event happening in Post Office
Lane from 3-9pm on Saturday 17th October. Lighting and access to toilets will be provided and the
road closure has been kindly managed by the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre. Organisers will also be
enhancing the space with place activation style furniture.
We do not have a budget to pay people to participate.
We are not charging people to participate.
You have the opportunity to sell, busk or take gold coin donations as appropriate.
The focus for this laneway event is to celebrate our local products. Our local food and beverages, our
local arts and creative industries, and an opportunity for people to gather and enjoy quality local
entertainers.
We are particularly looking for:
 Bands, soloists and musical groups
 Theatrical groups and dancers
 Food and beverage vendors (please note that businesses within the precinct take priority and
duplication of their offer will not be permitted)
 Street artists, chalk artists, mural projects, installation art
For market style stalls, please note that the organisers of Mumma’s Nest Markets are coordinating
market stalls. Please contact us for a referral to their EOI process if relevant.
Please note that we do not wish to duplicate some activities, products or services and those who get in
first will be prioritized for the opportunity to participate (e.g. we would only want to have one face
painter).
