Acceptable proof of payment receipts include the following: receipts from supplier, bank statement, SUE report, School financial ledger. Please note, an invoice is not sufficient as proof of payment. Calculating your claim The Ministry will only reimburse a board for the actual expenses paid up to the maximum reimbursement entitlement. The maximum reimbursement is calculated using the following formula: (Per pupil amount x most recent funding roll) + base grant 2016 rates $ 670.88 – base grant $ 7.67 – per pupil funding for all schools except intermediates $11.50– per pupil funding for intermediates only Rates are GST inclusive.
