Mrs. Delina Ibrahimaj
Director General of INSTAT
Mrs. Delina Ibrahimaj holds the position of Director General of INSTAT since
November 2016.
Mrs. Ibrahimaj holds a PhD in Management of Banking and Finance from the
University of Rome, Tor Vergata, after successfully completed a Master of Science
Degree in General Management from the University of Milan Luigi, Bocconi, Italy
following the Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Economics at the same university.
Mrs. Ibrahimaj enjoys a wide experience in economic analysis gained through her employment, at the
Central Bank of Albania as well as her experience at the Prime Ministry Office as a coordinator for the
creation of an integrated system of information and operational governmental statistics.
Mrs. Ibrahimaj has an in-depth knowledge and experience in Project Management, Donors and other
stakeholders relationship as well as operational, financial and , marketing know- how due to her
extensive management experience in the private sector.
Mrs. Ibrahimaj has also been part of various important publications and studies in the economic and
financial fields.
