Venues & Kick Off Times
Each Club drawn as the home side (listed first in the fixture) for the Round 2 must provide a venue and kick
off preference to [email protected] by no later than 9:00AM Wednesday 29 March.
Please ensure preferences are in line with Regulation 3.3 Fixture Time and Playing Days of the 2017 Team
App Cup Regulations
Please note that clubs drawn against a PlayStation 4 NPL Victoria Women’s team in Round 2, the fixture
must be played mid-week due to NPL fixture requirements. These fixtures must be scheduled on one of the
following dates, subject to FFV approval:
 Tuesday 4 April
 Wednesday 5 April or
 Thursday 6 April
Please contact the FFV Competitions team directly if you need any assistance with the parameters around
scheduling your fixture.
Fixtures not involving PlayStation 4 NPL Victoria Women’s Teams should be played on either:
 Friday 31st March
 Sunday 2nd April or
 Monday 3rd April
Kick off times allocated in line with Regulation 3.3 Fixture Time and Playing Days of the 2017 Team App Cup
Regulations
If the home Club is unable to provide a suitable venue by 9:00AM Wednesday 29 March the second named
Club will be given two (2) business days to provide a venue and kick off preference.
Please note that if FFV does not receive written correspondence from the Home Club before the cut off date,
it will be presumed that the club cannot host the fixture and FFV will contact the second name team to see if
they can host the fixture.
In the event that neither participating Club can provide a venue, FFV at its discretion will determine a venue
and allocate a kick off time which may include non-traditional days and times if necessary; i.e. midweek.
Player Registration
Clubs must ensure that all players are registered and accepted by the club online through MyFootballClub
prior to participating in their first TA Cup Fixture. In addition, Clubs must ensure that all players are paid for
and financial prior to participation in accordance with FFV Registration Regulations as promulgated from time
to time.
Should you require access to MFC please contact FFV MyFootballClub via [email protected].
Suspended Players
Players with carry over suspensions must serve their ‘Remaining Suspension’ in the next applicable fixture(s)
including the TA Cup regardless of the competition in which the suspension was received.
To avoid doubt this does not apply to suspensions received as a result of accumulations of five yellow cards.
Y5, Y10 etc suspensions must be served in the league/competition in which they were received. Any Club
fielding a suspended player will forfeit that TA Cup fixture and be excluded from the competition in 2017.
