Failure to Adhere to Policy and Procedure Fine Structure
In February, the Cabinet/Championships Committees approved a standardized fine structure that will be
used Association Wide for institutions that do not adhere to various Championship policies and
procedures effective beginning with the Fall 2013 Championships. This fine structure will provide
consistency across all 90 Championships.

*For DI Men’s Basketball failure to meet the deadline for payment of team tickets is listed below:
Institutions are fined $500 per day with a max fine of $15,000. The ticket payment deadline is 45-days after the
completion of Regional competition.
